who we help

Made for trades, home services and local businesses.

We work best where the work happens out in the open — a job booked, a quote sent, a customer paid. If that's your business, the systems you need are the ones we put in place.

who we help most

Trades and contractors

Roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, general contracting, landscaping, painting. You need enquiries coming in, quotes going out and follow-up happening — and you can't do all three from a ladder.

who we help most

Home service businesses

Cleaning, pest control, snow removal, garage door, appliance repair, windows. Same rhythm as the trades: enquiries answered fast, jobs booked in, invoices paid. The systems repeat because the work does.

also a strong fit

Other local service businesses

Salons, gyms, studios, repair shops, tutors, mobile services. A site people trust, payments that just work and a CRM that remembers every customer — the three things that keep a local business full.

Running a professional firm or an online store? Tell us what you need — those take different tools and more customization, so we'll be straight with you about whether we're the right fit before you spend anything.

the week you keep repeating

You didn't start a business to live in this loop.

01

You work all week.

The calendar is full. But once the bills land, you're not sure what you actually made. Busy isn't the same as profitable.

02

You chase your own money.

The job's done. The invoice isn't. Now you're sending reminders instead of getting on with the next one.

03

You put it off. Again.

The records. The website. The lead you meant to call. Nothing feels urgent — until it all is.

You're not short on skill. You're short on a system.

a bigger business needs a better foundation

Being great at your work isn’t a business plan.

Your skill gets the job done. It won’t chase your invoices, manage your cash flow or call back that lead. More jobs mean more moving parts. The systems you put in place now need to support the business you want to build.

So build the foundation for the company you actually want to run — then add to it step by step as the business grows. That's how you stop scrambling and reacting to whatever lands first.

Build it on purpose. Not in a panic.

CA$1 million

In annual revenue. Not profit.

Big revenue isn't the same as a healthy business.

You still need to price properly, collect what you're owed and know where the money goes. Getting the foundations right doesn't guarantee growth. It gives you something solid to build on.

  • FirstThe foundation — a site people trust, invoicing, payments and follow-up in place.
  • NextThe piece the growth asks for — more pages, automations, a CRM that keeps up.
  • ThenAnd so on. Nothing rebuilt from scratch, nothing bolted on in a hurry.

fair questions. straight answers.

Before you get started.

I've already started. Is it too late?

No. Starting properly is ideal, but fixing what's not working now is better than leaving it. Tell us where you're stuck and we'll help identify the next practical step.

Do I have to buy everything?

No. You can get help with startup, websites, payments or automation separately. We'll explain the scope and costs before you commit.

What does the CA$1,500 launch package cover?

A professional one-page website, Google Business Profile setup, basic CRM setup if needed, startup and registration guidance, an introduction to a vetted CPA, invoicing setup, business email configuration and payment services setup and application assistance when you onboard your payment services with Easier. Your CPA handles business structure and setup, bookkeeping as per your needs, and tax filings. Hosting and maintenance are CA$100/month, billed separately. Other third-party costs are extra.

Can I upgrade to a bigger website?

Yes. Add CA$1,500 for a five-page website — five pages total, not five additional pages. Your total one-time startup investment is CA$3,000. The upgrade includes basic on-page SEO and up to 2 rounds of revisions. The separate CA$100/month hosting and maintenance charge stays the same.

Do you provide tax or legal advice?

No. Your CPA handles your tax filings, and qualified, independently engaged professionals provide tax, legal and accounting advice. We help coordinate the practical setup and connect you with the right expertise.
